On April 22, 2022, the National Association of RC&D Councils’ office was opened. The new office is housed within the Wiregrass RC&D Council office in Ozark, Alabama.
We are thankful for the Wiregrass RC&D Council’s support of the National Association. As seen above, the ribbon for the National office was cut by Colton Buckley, NARCDC and William Hodge, NARCDC National President. This marks a new beginning for the National Association having a permanent office in Alabama.
“We meet the needs of the people and give them something they can embrace,” commented William Hodge, National President, on the important of RC&Ds. “We are here because we are dedicated to making sure that the resources meet the needs and the people right where they are. When somebody asks me what RC&Ds are, I give them four foundational pillars. [RC&Ds] are about people, partners, projects, and progress!”
William Hodge, National President, giving an address.
