National Youth Ambassador Program

The Youth Ambassador Program is a youth engagement program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of agriculture/conservation leaders. Through hands-on experiences, interactive learning, and community involvement, the Youth Ambassador Program fosters a deep understanding of conservation principles while igniting a passion for environmental stewardship within the next generation!

Alabama Youth Ambassador Program

The goal of this program is to promote Alabama RC&Ds to the next generation and educate students about conservation careers. 

  • NARCDC is offering a $1000 scholarship to high school seniors attending 2 or 4 year colleges in the state of Alabama. 
  • Eligible students are those who are active in their community, like to volunteer, have a 2.5 GPA, and all majors. 
  • Length of Program: 1-2 semesters (or if the ambassador chooses to stay on longer) 
  • On the Ground:
    • Campus Events
    • Social Media Campaigns
    • Volunteer Service
