Most Outstanding RC&D Council:
This award recognizes the RC&D Council that has demonstrated exceptional leadership,
innovation, and impact in their community. The recipient council of this award has exhibited
exemplary efforts in fostering community engagement and advancing the overall mission of
RC&D.

Most Resilient RC&D Council:
The Most Resilient RC&D Council award honors the council that has displayed extraordinary
adaptability, determination, and perseverance in the face of challenges. This council has shown
remarkable resilience in overcoming obstacles, leveraging resources effectively, and achieving
positive outcomes for their community and environment.

Most Outstanding RC&D Project:
The Most Outstanding RC&D Project award acknowledges a project undertaken by an RC&D
Council that has made a significant and lasting impact in its community. This award recognizes
projects that have effectively addressed environmental concerns, promoted sustainable
development, enhanced natural resources, or brought about positive change in their community.

Outstanding RC&D Council Employee:
The Outstanding RC&D Council Employee award recognizes an individual who has
demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and performance in their role within an RC&D
Council. This award celebrates their contributions to advancing the goals and objectives of the
council, as well as their commitment to supporting sustainable practices, community
engagement, and resource conservation.

Outstanding Supporting Partner(s):
The Outstanding Supporting Partner(s) award acknowledges individuals, organizations, or
businesses that have provided invaluable support and collaboration to an RC&D Council. This
award honors those who have significantly contributed to the success and effectiveness of the
council’s initiatives.

Outstanding RC&D Council or Board Member:
The Outstanding RC&D Council or Board Member award recognizes an individual who has
exhibited exemplary leadership, dedication, and commitment to their role as an RC&D Council
or Board Member. This award celebrates their contributions in guiding the council’s strategic
direction, fostering collaboration and community involvement.

Lisa Rixen Youth Involvement Award:
The Lisa Rixen Youth Involvement Award commemorates an outstanding individual who has
actively engaged young adults in RC&D initiatives, making a positive difference in their
community and environment. This award recognizes their exceptional leadership, innovative
ideas, and commitment to promoting community development among youth.
